If I return a product, why do I have to pay the return shipping fee?Updated 8 months ago

If we built the return shipping fee into our pricing, all our customers would in effect be subsidizing the few people who change their minds. We don’t think that would be fair, so we don’t want to increase our prices to cover those costs. That’s why we ask the people who return products to bear the cost themselves.
